Fulfilling the mission Christ has given us requires believers who are capable, visionary leaders, serving in the global Body of Christ and in all arenas of society. Leaders will determine the Church’s health, growth and effectiveness in mission. Yet, in the Body of Christ, we have a global leadership vacuum.

Our LEAD Model
LEAD’s model is simple
LEAD’s model is simple. We train and equip those who are called to design and direct local leadership programs. We support these directors with initial training, continued mentoring and ongoing equipping through Global Disciples Alliance. We expect these LEAD directors to begin training others in a program they designed, by meeting once a week or once a month for a minimum of 40 hours over at least 6 months.
LEAD ሞዴል የሚባለው የአጥቢያ አመራር መርሃ ግብርን የሚያቅዱትንና የሚመሩትን ማሰልጠንና ማስታጠቅ ነው፡፡ እነዚህን ዳይሬክተሮች መሰረታዊ ስልጠና እንሰጣቸዋለን፡፡ በመከታተልና በመኮትኮት በ Global Disciples Alliance አማካይነት እናሳድጋቸዋለን፡፡ እነዚህም የ LEAD ዳይሬክተሮች በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ሌሎችን ባቀዱት መርሃ ግብር መሰረት እንዲያሰለጥኑ እንጠብቅባቸዋለን፡፡ ይህም በሳምንት ወይም በወር አንዴ ቢያንስ በ6 ወር ለ40 ሰዓታት ሊደረግ ይችላል፡፡

Essential Components of Discipleship Training
The GDT Member Programs of the Alliance have identified the following essential components for effective discipleship-mission training programs. All GDT programs affiliated with the Global Disciples Alliance must include these essential components in their training:
በ "Alliance" የ"GDT" ህብረት አባላት ለውጤታማ የደቀ-መዝሙርነት የሚሲዮናዊ ሥልጠና የሚከተሉት መሰረታዊ አላባዎች (ርዕሶችን) እንዲካተቱ ለይተዋል፡፡ በዓለም አቀፍ ደቀ-መዛሙርት ሥልጠና (GDT) ህብረት የታቀፉ ፕሮግራሞች ሁሉ እነዚህን መሰረታዊ ርዕሶች በሥልጠናቸው ውስጥ ማካተት አለባቸው፡፡
How We View Leadership Development
LEAD sees Christian leadership development as a specific and deliberate process that equips disciples of Jesus Christ to be effective change agents in their areas of influence. Leaders are ultimately servants, first of all serving God and then serving His people in the world. Leadership development flows out of discipleship: the process of becoming Christ-like in heart, motivation, character and relationships.
LEAD የክርስቲያን አመራር ብስለትን የሚያየው የኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ደቀመዝሙርት ውጤታማ የለውጥ መሳሪያዎች ሆነው በተሰማሩበት አካባቢ ተፅዕኖ አሳዳሪዎች ለማድረግ ከማስታጠቅ አንፃር ነው፡፡ መሪዎች አገልጋዮች ናቸው፡፡ ከሁሉ በፊት የእግዚአብሔር አገልጋዮች ሲሆኑ በመቀጠልም በምድር ላይ ላሉት ሕዝቦቹ አገልጋዮች ናቸው፡፡ የመሪነት ብስለት የሚመነጨው ከደቀመዝሙርነት ውስጥ ነው፡፡ ይህም በልብ ዝንባሌ በባህሪና በግንኙነት ክርስቶስ መሰል ለውጥ የሂደት ተግባር ነው፡፡
